• Mr. Munir Khanani is currently the Vice President of Stock Broker Association
• He started off his career by serving as an executive, imparting his expertise in few local brokerages and financial
institutions.
• He served the Pakistan Stock Exchange diligently on various positions for many years.
These include:
Director – Pakistan Stock Exchange Ltd.
Chairman – Arbitration Committee, Pakistan Stock Exchange
Committee Member – Margin Financing Product
• He also lent his services as Director of Arbitration Department in Karachi Stock Exchange.
Mr. Munir Khanani is one of the most active members of the Exchange, presiding over a team of experienced professionals and overseeing all arenas of brokerage, including equity sales and marketing. With this vast industry experience spanning over decades, he has an earnest desire to add on to the meshwork of retail investors and make the capital markets of Pakistan accessible to all sorts of retail investments.

Manzoor Ahmed ( Director )
Managing the firm with his spectacular directorship, Manzoor Ahmed has been working remarkably at Muhammad Munir Muhammad Ahmed Khanani Securities Limited since 1999.His career spans over 22 years in securities brokerage and private wealth management.He started off his career at PSX, where he managed institutional HNW sales desk as Senior Equity Dealer.All these years, he has been a man of great market repute in managing equity sales function for large family business houses, local, institutional, retail and HNW clients
Muhammad Arif ( Director )
Muhammad Arif joined Muhammad Munir Muhammad Ahmed Khanani as a partner in 1999 and later became the Director of the firm owing to his remarkable work history and tremendous knowledge about equity brokerage. Living up to the true essence of his responsibilities as a Director, Muhammad Arif has always ensured efficient and smooth running of the firm. He graduated from the University of Karachi in 1986 and started his practical career as an importer.While running his import business, he worked actively as an agent with proficient members of the Pakistan Stock Exchange.These valuable experiences led him to join hands with Mr. Khanani and prove himself as an asset to the organization owing to his performance on all levels.
Muhammad Arsalan ( Independent Director )
Muhammad Arsalan as an Independent Director, bringing over 8 years of specialized experience in the brokerage industry and a strong foundation in financial governance and regulatory compliance.
Arsalan has held key leadership roles, including serving as CFO at Chase Securities Pakistan Private Limited, where he led financial strategy, risk management, and operational oversight within Pakistan’s securities market. His deep understanding of brokerage operations, combined with his expertise in risk assessment and compliance, makes him a valuable asset to our firm.
As a seasoned finance professional, Arsalan is also an ex-EY and ex-KPMG auditor, having worked with two of the Big Four audit firms. His experience in financial controls and oversight ensures a strong commitment to transparency, governance, and strategic decision-making.
Muhammad Nadeem ( Independent Director )
A certified Publics Accounts (CPA) & diversified experienced and qualify Treasury Investment & Finance professional (CFTP) with Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, In-depth knowledge of Capital and money market and funds managements and cash managements and ability to create and manage equity and fixed income portfolios. Currently working as EVP, Head of Treasury & Investment at The First Microfinance Bank Limited
