Mr. Abdul Razzak is our Chief Financial Officer with great in-depth knowledge of financial and corporate reporting. His career now spans over 13 years of professional experience in capital markets which regards to Accounts & Finance in service sector. He earned his finance degree from University of Karachi and is now responsible for managing financial activities of Munir Khanani Sec Ltd which includes preparing financial accounts, book keeping and taxation. He has been working with Munir Khanani Sec Ltd for the past 8 years after previously been worked for Microlinks as a financial consultant for 5 years.

Abdul Hadi Khanani joined Munir Khanani Sec Ltd in 2013. He holds MBA Finance Degree from Institute of Business Management. He is responsible for managing business activities of Munir Khanani Sec Ltd which includes Product Development, Marketing and Operations.

Mr. Dileep Kumar is the Finance Director at Mohammed Munir Mohammed Ahmed Khanani Securities. He is a dedicated finance and audit professional with diversified experience in audit, assurance, corporate and tax laws, and financial management. A Chartered Accountancy finalist with one paper remaining to qualify, Mr. Kumar brings over seven years of professional experience in audit and assurance across diverse sectors. He possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills. His professional expertise, commitment to excellence, and comprehensive understanding of accounting and financial management contribute significantly to the Company’s financial governance and strategic objectives.

 Muhammad Adil is our Head of Sales with 10+ years of experience and vast exposure of brokerage industry. He is currently serving mostly high net worth Individuals and institutions. He is an active contributor on various stocks. He holds a degree in Finance and is enrolled in a CA program.

Mr. Faisal Malik is the Head of Internal Audit at Mohammed Munir Mohammed Ahmed Khanani Securities.* He is a seasoned audit professional with extensive experience in conducting statutory audits, internal audits, and system audits within the brokerage industry. With over 30 years of experience in the securities sector, Mr. Malik possesses strong expertise in corporate laws, secretarial practices, Prudential Regulations, NBFC Rules & Regulations, and PSX Regulations. His comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks and audit practices contributes significantly to strengthening the Company’s internal controls, governance, and compliance framework.

Head of Information Systems with over 15 years of experience leading IT strategy, infrastructure management, and digital transformation initiatives. Proven expertise in optimizing business processes through technology, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring system security and scalability. Adept at aligning IT solutions with organizational goals to drive efficiency and growth. Strong leadership in overseeing complex projects and fostering innovation within fast-paced environments.

Muhammad Danish joined M. Munir Khanani Sec Ltd in June, 1995. At present, he is a Head of Settlements and is responsible for monitoring and supervising the settlement activities and to coordinate with sales team in respect of all settlement & regulatory issues.

He also monitors & reports trade executions to local & foreign institutional clients as well as individuals & also ensures on time settlement of foreign trades by coordinating with settlements personal & their agent banks in Pakistan.

Mr. Adnan is our Head of Compliance & Secretary with over 15 years of experience with M. Munir Khanani Sec Ltd. He has an extensive exposure in conducting statutory audits, internal audits and system audits of the companies of financial sector. Being a commerce graduate, he has very good knowledge of Corporate Laws, Secretarial Practices, Prudential Regulations, NBFC Rules & Regulations, PSX Regulations and Taxation matters of the companies.

Muhammad Kamran joined M. Munir Khanani in 1995. At present, he is responsible for monitoring account opening forms of back office, NCCPL & CDC. He also ensures regulatory compliance and handles queries of KSE, NCCPL, and CDC & Banks on day to day basis.

Deepa Jeswani is an experienced Equity Research Analyst with over five years of expertise in equity research, deals advisory, and financial planning & analysis. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and specializes in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis. Deepa leads the research function, providing practical investment insights and in-depth coverage across sectors such as Cement, OMCs, Fertilizers, and Steel.

Adarsh Kumar is a Research Analyst with around two years of experience in equity research and financial analysis. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and is currently a CFA Level I candidate. His expertise includes financial modeling, valuation, and market research across multiple sectors. He is skilled in analyzing industry trends and providing data-driven insights to support informed investment decisions.
